1. Click on the “Shop by Brand” or “Shop by Category” tab.
2. Click on the category you wish to search.
3. Select “Add to cart” once for each item required. For items with colour variations, click “Select options” or select the product image and enter the amount of each colour you would like to order.
4. To check the order or make amendments, hover over the blue shopping bag in the upper-right corner and click “View cart”. Delete mistakenly ordered items if required. To add further items, click the “Shop” tab and continue creating the order.
5. Finally, check the order by selecting “View cart” from the shopping bag in the upper-right corner.
6. Click “Proceed to checkout” once you have checked the cart.
7. If you already have an account, log in. Otherwise, register or proceed as a guest. Registering means you will not have to enter all your personal information again on your next order.
8. Enter all required information on the checkout page. Choose your preferred payment method, enter the details and click “Place order”.
9. You will receive an email confirming the order and its order number.
10. When using Bank Transfer, deposit the payment into the account mentioned in the order confirmation and reference your order number.
11. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed and a tracking number will be emailed to you. You will also receive an email confirming completion of the order.

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can also find the order information by logging into your account and selecting “Orders”.

You can add a coupon to your order from your shopping cart. Enter the coupon code beneath the cart totals and click “Apply coupon”.

We are a small family-owned business. Orders are packed and collected by Australia Post on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Estimated standard delivery times after an order has been handed over to Australia Post are:

• Brisbane: 2 business days
• Sydney: 3–4 business days
• Melbourne: 3–4 business days
• Adelaide: 5–6 business days
• Perth: 5–6 business days
• Darwin: 5–6 business days

Yes, we offer express delivery. With express delivery, you will normally receive your order within 1–4 business days.

All orders above $200 receive free standard shipping. Shipping rates for orders below $200 are:

• Standard, ETA 3–7 business days: $12.95
• Express, ETA 1–4 business days: $19.95
• Free Click & Collect from our depot at 1 Seib Road, Eumundi, QLD
• New Zealand Standard, ETA 3–7 business days: $14.95

To track your order, visit the Australia Post parcel-tracking page and enter your tracking number.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your confirmation email immediately after placing an order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

Returned to Sender (RTS)
If a package is returned to THYSOL due to an incorrect address, missing information such as an apartment number, or failure to collect the parcel from a post office, the following policy applies:

Original shipping costs: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, as the carrier has already provided this service.

Refund process: A refund for the physical items, minus the applicable costs, will be processed once the package has been physically received and inspected at our warehouse.

Reshipping: We do not automatically resend returned packages. If you still wish to receive your items, you will need to place a new order with the correct shipping details.

In the rare case that warranty service is required, a standard warranty period of 30 days from the date of purchase applies unless otherwise stated:

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to the return conditions. To request a return or exchange, or to report an issue, email info@thysol.com.au. We will review your specific case.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you return your goods within 30 days, we may offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal-care items

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• CDs, DVDs or software that have been opened
• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not caused by us
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email info@thysol.com.au and wait for a reply from our sales team, normally within five working days, before sending the item to us.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item, email info@thysol.com.au. Include a brief description of the reason for the return, the original order number and a photo or video where applicable. Wait for a reply, normally within five working days, before sending the item. We require proof of purchase and the LOT or batch number from the packaging where applicable. Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

• If requested, mail your return to: THYSOL Australia, C/o Zebra Lymphatic, 1 Seib Road, Eumundi, Queensland 4562, Australia.
• The time required for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you depends on where you live.
• For items worth more than $25, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Postage can sometimes go missing. THYSOL Australia’s responsibility ceases once products have been deposited with the postage contractor. We strongly recommend considering signature-on-delivery and loss or damage insurance.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed by direct credit to the bank details you provided, normally within approximately 10 working days.

First, check your bank or PayPal account. Then contact your card provider, bank or PayPal, as processing may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Follow these steps to change your password:
